Returns and Refunds Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To request a return, contact info@vegoria.co.uk.

Customers are responsible for return postage when changing their mind.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
